El Paso’s Bakery’s traditional roots stem from the beautiful colonial city of Zacatecas, Mexico, for which, to this very day, our family bakeries are staples of this rooted community.

We believe that the true measure of Pan Dulce is translated by the passion and love the artisan panaderos (“bakers”) have for their skill.

Hence, our panaderos interpret their passion for the art through the flavorful masterpieces they make on a daily basis.
